Lorraine grew up in the Burlingame/Millbrae area and continues to live there with her husband and two dogs. She is a former member of SAMCAR, Downtown Burlingame business Association and Mills High School PTO. In her spare time she enjoys shopping, traveling and boating with her family.

Vince has been with RMC since 1989 as a Corporate Controller. Vince has been responsible for managing RMC’s business functions including marketing, accounting and technology. He assits both the administrative and sales staff, manages the corporate budget and has established business policies that has made RMC one of the most credit worthy businesses in the Bay Area.
Vince has a Bachelor of Science in Business Information and Computer Systems from San Francisco State. He enjoys traveling and jogging.
